Nice hotel, convenient location close to the train station and old town. Trams and bus nearby. Large room and very nice bathroom, big shower and good water pressure. Small fridge and safe in the room, also available are a kettle, instant coffee and tea bags. Only negative about this place is their wifi. Very slow and kicks you out all the time. Also you can only connect 3 devices to your room number.

اقامة جيدة ولكن عند اتمام الخروج من الفندق في اليوم الاخير من اقامتي لم تقم الموظفة بتذكيري بان لدي اغراضي الشخصية بثلاجة الفندق حيث لا توجد ثلاجة في الغرفة مما اضطر بي انا اضع الاشياء التي تتلف في ثلاجة الفندق .. هذا الموقف جدا ترك لي حزن انا وأسرتي

Good place for messe and meeting

This is the best place when you go to the messe, it is a walking distance. The checking in was so smooth thanks for Mrs. Mia, as well as the check out thanks for Mrs. Wojas. We have enjoyed our stay and the dinner, don’t miss it the kitchen team are wonderful and very welcoming 😊.

كانت هذا المرة الاولى لنا بالاقامة فى هذا الفندق ، وتم الاتفاق بيننا عليه كأفضل الخيارات كونه قريب من ارض المعارض. ولله الحمد كان اختيار موفق جدًا 😊. اشكر الانسة Mia والانسة Christina وجميع منتسبين مكتب الاستقبال وأيضًا جميع العاملين في المطعم بجميع الفترات فطور والعشاء على حسن الاستقبال والمعاملة. وايضا الاخوة من سوريا الحبيبة الاخ غاندي خصوصًا وباقي العاملين. لقد استمتعنا بوجودنا بينكم ومعاكم.

We always visit Novotel hotels. You always get the same quality for a decent price. Same goes for this hotel. Although the carpet could be renewed (feels old and dirty) and the bathrooms are dated, this Hotel is pretty much like all Novotels.
